- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in hotel tariffs, transportation costs, taxes, or government policies.
- Any additional personal expenses during the trip must be borne by the customer.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking date and supplier policies.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, airlines, hotels, or third-party vendors.
- Some bookings, flights, activities, or promotional packages may be non-refundable.
5. Travel Documents
- Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents such as passports, visas, permits, tickets, and other required travel documents.
- Nestor Trip will not be responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, or travel restrictions caused by incomplete documentation.
6. Hotel & Transportation
- Hotel check-in and check-out timings will follow the respective hotel policies.
- Transportation services are provided as per itinerary schedules.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
7. Changes to Itinerary
- Nestor Trip reserves the right to modify the itinerary, hotel, vehicle, or activity due to unavoidable circumstances, operational issues, weather conditions, or safety concerns.
- Similar alternative arrangements will be provided whenever possible.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Travelers are expected to maintain proper behavior during the trip.
- Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property by the customer will be solely their responsibility.
- Customers must follow local laws, rules, and regulations during travel.
9. Liability Limitation
- Nestor Trip acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and activity organizers.
- We are not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, losses, theft, natural disasters, flight cancellations, or any unforeseen events beyond our control.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.
10. Force Majeure
Nestor Trip shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, strikes, weather conditions, or transportation disruptions.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, images, text, and branding related to Nestor Trip are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Privacy Policy
Any personal information shared with Nestor Trip will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and used only for booking, communication, and service-related purposes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the respective local courts.
